When we first came in the room it was dirty the staff was nice enough to change rooms but overall it was great the coffee was good the beds were comfy but it was a bit loud cuse they were having a party the view was great

All the hotels that we have stayed have an extra lock to prevent any unauthorized entry (3rd lock). Hotel only had the second lock on the door. TV size was 18Â¿or 20Â¿. For the price I paid, I expected a larger size TV., 30Â¿ or 40Â¿.

This hotel has come a long ways! The staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was made upon order. The room we stayed in was super spacious (we asked for handicap accommodations). This hotel is centrally located so you have everything you need close by e.g. restaurant, convenient stores, the plaza, El mercadito, etc. We didn't experience any loud parties or noises while we slept. The pool was clean. After a long day of shopping and dinning, the water in the pool was perfect! The room was very clean. We could smell the cleanliness from outside the room.

Maybe get a pump to suck water out this way people that stay in the future won't go through what we went through. As for our opinion it would of been nice to get some kind of discount maybe for our future stay. We enjoyed the pool and all. …

The room was very humid and it smelled musky. I asked for an extra towel and I never received it. The swimming pool was very dirty. I even pulled out a water bottle that I stepped on.
